Community Guidelines
One rule underneath all of these: treat other members the way you would want your sister, brother or closest friend to be treated here.
Be yourself
- Use recent photos of yourself, with your face visible in at least one.
- Do not use someone else's photos, or photos of a celebrity or a stock model.
- State your real age and your real intentions.
- One account per person. Do not create a new account to get around a block or a ban.
Keep it clean
- No nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit photos or text - anywhere, including in messages.
- No content that sexualises anyone, and absolutely nothing involving minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities without exception.
- No graphic violence, self-harm, or shocking imagery.
- Photos of children (for example your own) should not be used as profile pictures.
No commercial activity
- No prostitution, escorting, sugar arrangements, or any exchange of intimacy for money or gifts.
- No promoting a business, service, event, channel or social media account.
- No recruiting for jobs, network marketing, or investments.
- No links to external paid content or webcam sites.
Never ask for money
Asking another member for money, gifts, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or financial or banking details is prohibited without exception, whatever the reason given. Accounts that do this are removed on the first report, and we report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.
If someone asks you for money: do not send it, screenshot the conversation, and report them. You will not be blamed, and we will tell you what we did.
Respect other people
- No harassment, threats, intimidation or stalking - on or off the service.
- No hate speech or slurs based on race, caste, religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.
- No unsolicited sexual messages. "No" or silence is an answer; keep it moving.
- No sharing anybody's private information, photos or messages without their consent. This includes screenshots.
- No spamming the same message to many members.
Only adults
You must be 18 or over to be here. If you believe a member is under 18, report them immediately - we treat it as our highest priority and remove the account while we investigate.
What happens when a rule is broken

We tell you what we decided on a report you made, and if we act against your account we tell you why and how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our notice or write to support@truehearts.example. A different reviewer looks at appeals.
How to report
Use the Report option on any profile or chat, or contact us through the contact form choosing "Report a safety concern". Reports are confidential. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
