Automatic renewal - read this before you subscribe
Paid plans are subscriptions. When you buy one, your payment method is charged the price shown above, and then the same amount every month on the same date until you cancel. We email you a receipt for every charge.
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription, or by emailing support@truehearts.example. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account then reverts to the free plan - it is not deleted.

Questions people ask before paying
Do I have to pay to use TrueHearts?
No. Creating a profile, matching and messaging your matches are free with no time limit. Paid plans add extra likes and visibility.
Will you charge me automatically after a free period?
No. The free plan never converts into a paid one. You are only charged if you actively choose a paid plan and confirm the payment.
How do I stop being billed?
Cancel in Settings → Subscription, or email support@truehearts.example. There is no retention phone call and no cancellation fee.
What happens to my profile if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You keep your account, matches and conversations, and simply return to the free plan when the paid period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the circumstances set out in our refund and cancellation policy, including the statutory cooling-off period where it applies to you.
